Three written references from previous employers, covering at least the last 3 years professional experience, and complete with current contact details for the referee. 

Copies of your professional qualifications transcripts and other documentation supporting your submission (ie: Seamans Book, ENG 1, CPD, relevant training, qualifications, First Aid, school and university certificates, language school certificates) if relevant.

Memberships of Official Bodies & Associations: accredited certifications, membership number or proof of registration (ie: BPS, Ofsted / QTS etc) 

Right to Work Documents 

ID: A copy of the photo page of your passport, and working visa (if applicable)

At Platinum Crew, we take the Candidate Registration Process very seriously. By submitting your CV, references, certificates, and any other documentation to the Agency, you confirm that all information provided is complete, true, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You acknowledge that any falsehoods, omissions or misrepresentations, whether intentional or negligent, may result in removal from consideration, withdrawal of job offers and termination of placements. Your references may be verified telephonically by our client, the Captain or the Principal personally, and only with your prior consent, if you are selected for submittal to one of our clients. The Agency may also, with your prior consent, contact referees directly to verify written references if requested to do so by the client as part of the Candidate Recruitment Process.

You accept full liability for any consequences, including financial losses, arising from inaccurate, false, or misleading information you have submitted, as well as any misconduct or unlawful behaviour during or after your engagement.
